1.0 Hires.
Please Note All Hires Shall Commence And Complete From The Company’s Business Address.
1.1 Eligibility.
All Bookings Must Be Made By Clients Who Are At Least 18 Years Of Age And Legally Capable Of Entering Binding Contracts.
1.2 Contact Information.
To Receive A Quote Or Make A Booking, Clients Are Required To Provide Their Full Name, Telephone Number, And Email Address. Without This Information, Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Will Regretfully Be Unable To Assist Further.
1.3 Communication.
By Supplying Your Email Address And Phone Number, You Consent To Communication From Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited. Your Contact Details Will Not Be Shared With Any Third Parties.
1.4 Payment Methods
Bookings Must Be Made In Advance With Payment Required At The Time Of Booking.
Accepted Methods Include 3.5% Charge On All Debit And Credit Card Payments; Bank Transfers Are Accepted Only For UK Accounts And Company Contracts. Cash Payments Are Permitted By Prior Arrangement Only.
1.5 Notice for Bookings.
A Minimum Notice Period Of 8 hours Is Required For Online Bookings During Office Hours Of 09:00 To 18:00 UK GMT Time.

1.6 Travel Boundaries.
Online Prices Are Subject To Confirmation By Excel VIP Chauffeur Ltd And Apply To Travel Within The UK.

1.7 Additional Charges.
Bookings Made Between 22:00 (10:00 pm) And 07:00 am Incur A 20% Surcharge.
Prices For One-Way Event Transfers May Increase During Major Events Such As City Events, Road Or Cycle Races, Marathons, Football, Golf, Or Rugby Events, Stadium, Music Venues.
No Online Prices Are Available For Public Or Bank Holidays; A 50% Surcharge Applies For Christmas Eve To 18.00pm And Then After 100 %, Christmas Day 100%, Boxing Day 50%, New Year’s Eve 50% To 18.00pm & Then After 100%, New Years Day 100%.
Other Bank Holidays May Have Additional Surcharges.
Fixed Airport Pick-Up Parking Rates Currently Range From £15 to £55 And the Airport Drop-Off Fee Is Currently £10 – £20.
2.1 Vehicle Age & Categories.
The Fleet Includes Vehicles Up To Three Years Old, Divided Into “Business Vehicles” And “Premium Vehicles”.
Booking A “Premium Vehicle” Incurs A Surcharge Of Approximately 25%. Company Policy May In Specific Cases, Extend Vehicle Age Beyond Four Years.
2.2 Sub-Contracted Vehicles.
Where A Vehicle Is Not Available From The Company Fleet, For Any Reason Whatsoever, It Would Be Normal Practice To Hire in From Other Affiliates To Satisfy The Hirers Requirements Unless Instructed To The Contrary In Such Circumstance.
It Should Be Understood That The Company Would Be Acting As An Agent For The Hirer Any Terms & Conditions Imposed By Such Affiliates Shall Be Binding On The Hirer As If They Had Directly Contracted Such Services.
2.3 Dashboard Camera Awareness.
Vehicles Equipped With Dashcams Record Video Only; Microphones Are Disabled To Protect Passenger Privacy.
Clients Who Prefer Not To Be Recorded Should Notify The Company in Advance.
2.4 One Way Service.
This Service Covers A Single Trip From Point A to Point B.
Additional Stops Along The Route Are Subject To Charges Based On Distance, Time & Waiting Time.
2.5 Itinerary Changes.
Any Changes Required By The Client Or Booker After Booking May Result In Additional Charges.
2.6 Hourly Hire, Day Trips, & Events.
Hourly Hire (Glasgow Or Edinburgh): Minimum Hire Of Four Hours, Including 50 Miles Within Glasgow And Edinburgh.
Additional Hours Include 10 Miles Each, Up To 100 miles For 12 hours Or More. Includes One Airport Transfer To Or From Edinburgh (EDI), Glasgow (GLA), Or Prestwick (PIK) Airports At Designated Car Park Zones.
Other Airport Transfers Drop Off & Pickups Can be Added For An Additional Charge.
Day Trips (Outside Glasgow & Edinburgh): Minimum Hire Of Eight Hours Including 100 Miles.

Airport Car Park And Drop-Off Fees Are Not Included, Hourly Pricing May Vary Depending On Event Location.
2.7 Extra Mileage Charges.
Additional Charges May Apply For Trips Outside Scotland. Hours Cannot Be Split Between Different Times Of Day And Minimum Charges Apply Only To Single Trips, Excluding Airport Transfers.
2.8 Daily Booking Details.
The Minimum Daily Hire Is Eight Hours, Including Travel Time To Pick Up And Return To Base.
2.9 Additional Or Extra Stops.
An Extra £40 Fee Applies For Two Separate Drop-Off Or Pick-Up Locations On A Single Route.
2.10 Beyond Boundary Charge.
Charges Apply For Journeys Where Both Pick-Up And Drop-Off Are Outside Glasgow Or The M8 / M9 Area, Covering Driver Costs For Operating Outside The Usual Service Area.
2.11 Excel VIP Rates.
Executive Saloon: £2.85 Per Mile.
First Class Saloon Or Premium MPV: £3.00 Per Mile.
Mileage is Calculated From Glasgow Base To The Pick-Up Point & Includes The Return With A Maximum Of 100 Miles Day.
2.12 Payment Policy For Additional Charges.
Charges For Bookings Including Extra Waiting Time, Added Stops, Service Extensions, Itinerary Changes, Valet Services Or Similar Requests May Be Processed Automatically From The Card Initially Provided.
An Updated Invoice Will Be Sent Via Email For Services Over Consecutive Days The Charges Will Be Consolidated With Payment Required Within 12 hours Of Notification.
If Automatic Billing Is Not Possible A Payment Link Will Be Sent Via Email. Invoices Must Be Settled Within 7 Days: Interest Will Be Charged On Late Payments.
2.13 Payment Security.
Payment Details Are Not Stored On Company Systems But Are Securely Referenced With Payment Providers.
Current Providers Include Stripe Payments UK Limited. Stripe Is Certified As A PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider The Highest Level Of Certification Achievable, The Company Does Not Store Any Credit Card Information.
Instead Third Party Payment Processors Are Used To Handle Such Transactions, Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Is Not Responsible For Any Errors Made By These Processors. Customer Data Will Only Be Disclosed To Third Parties if Required By Law.
4.1 Methods Of Cancellation.
Cancellations Can Be Made By Contacting Customer Service, Sending An Email Or Using The Online Booking Platform.
A Non-Refundable 10% Admin Fee Or Minimum Of £40 applies To All Bookings & Updates Covering Management, Operational Costs & Customer Support.
4.2 Proof Of Cancellation.
If A Client Is Unable To Cancel Through The Usual Channels, An Email Sent Within The Free Cancellation Period Is Considered Valid Proof.
4.3 Refund Timing.
Refunds For Valid Free Cancellations Are Processed & Returned To The Client’s Account Within Ten Business Days.
4.4 Non-Refundable Admin Fee.
The 10% Admin Fee Or Minimum £40 Is Non-Refundable In All Cancellation Scenarios.
4.5 Cancellation For Unregistered Users.
Unregistered Users Should Contact The Company Directly To Cancel Or Amend Bookings.
4.6 Cancellation For Registered Users.
Registered Users Should Handle Cancellations By Logging Into Their Account & Contact The Company For Amendments.
4.7 Cancellation Fees – One Way.

4.11 No Show & Waiting Time.
If The Customer Does Not Appear Within 80 minutes For Airport Pick-Up Or 25 Minutes For Address Pick-Up And Fails To Inform The Company About Delays It Is Considered A “No Show”.
All Fees Are Non Refundable And Waiting Time Will Be Charged In Full Free Waiting Time Includes 60 minutes For Airport Pickups Only (Excluding Meet And Greet Service Which Incurs An Additional Cost) And 15 Minutes For Regular Pickups.
4.12 Extra Luggage Policy.
Exceeding The Vehicle’s Luggage Limit May Result In Trip Cancellation And Full Charges.
Luggage Limits Are Specific To Each Vehicle Type To Comply Safely With All UK Laws And Access And No Overloading.
4.13 Other Reasons For Cancellation.
Rescheduling A Trip From A Period Without Free Cancellation To A Period With Free Cancellation Then Cancelling Will Incur Fees Based On The Original Booking.
Rescheduling Is Not Permitted Less Than Four Hours Before A One-Way Service Or Twelve Hours Before A “By The Hour” Service.
Special Bookings (Events Or Bookings For Two Or More Consecutive Days) Cannot Be Postponed With Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice The Maximum Rescheduling Period Is Seven Days & May Only Be Used Once.
Extensions Beyond This Period Are Considered Cancellations.
4.14 Last-Minute Alterations.
Changes Made Less Than 60 Minutes Before The Scheduled Time, Exceeding The 15-Minute Grace Period, Will Incur Additional Charges.
Delays Over Two Hours Are Treated As “No Show Or Cancellation”, And A New Reservation is Required Unless Additional Waiting Time Is Paid For.
4.15 No Show Policy.
For One-Way Service If The Customer Does Not Arrive Within 25 Minutes Of The Scheduled Pick-Up Time, The Trip Will Be Classified As A “No Show”.
Only Guide And Hearing Dogs Are Permitted Without Prior Written Agreement, Additional Charges May Apply For Other Animals And Vehicle Valeting.
As A Dog Owner Ourselves Not Everyone Appreciates The Fragrances & Odours That Our Loved Ones May Leave Behind.
6.1 Insurance Coverage.
Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited And Its Subcontracted Affiliates Vehicles Are Fully Insured For Passenger And Third-Party Claims; Please See Condition However, Customer Property is Carried At The Owner’s Risk.
6.2 Seat Belt Liability.
Seat Belt Use Is Required For All Passengers In The Vehicle Under UK Law. Failure To Comply Releases Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited From All Liability In The Event Of An Accident.
6.3 Luggage & Personal Items Liability.
Whilst We Take All Reasonable Care With The Passenger’s Luggage And Any Other Items They May Bring On Our Vehicle.
We Do Not Accept Responsibility For Loss Or Damage Caused To These Items Whilst On The Vehicle. Personal Insurance Of Luggage And Valuables Is Strongly Recommended.
Any Passenger’s Property Discovered On The Vehicle After The Hire Will Be Stored All Passengers Are Responsible For Ensuring Their Belongings Are Loaded And Unloaded in The Vehicle.
Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Is Not Liable For Loss Or Damage To Items Not Loaded Or Unloaded In The Vehicle.
6.4 Child Safety in Vehicles.
Child Restraint Laws Apply To Children Up To 135 cm In Height Or 12 years Of Age Non-Compliance May Result In Service Refusal & Cancellation Fees. The Parent Or Responsible Passenger Bears Ultimate Responsibility For The Child’s Safety.
6.5 Lost Property Policy.
Any Item Left In A Vehicle, Contact Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited With A Description Location Within the Vehicle & Journey Details. All Efforts Will Be Made To Return Clients Property But The Company Is Not Responsible For Any Loss Or Distress.
All Passengers Must Check All Their Belongings Are In Their Possession When Entering Or Exiting The Vehicle.
6.6 Accidents And Incidents.
Liability For Injuries, Death, Or Damages During Journeys Is Confined To The Coverage Provided By Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance Or Fleet Insurer.
Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Holds Professional Liability Insurance But Is Not Responsible For Costs Or Claims Exceeding Policy Coverage. In The Event Of An Accident Liability is Limited To Insurance Coverage.
All Passengers Must Adhere To Safety Guidelines Including Seat Belt Use. The Company Is Not Liable For Injuries Or Damages Resulting From Failure To Follow Safety Guidelines Or For Damages Or Claims Not Covered By Insurance Or For Service Failures Due To Events Beyond Its Control (Force Majeure).
7.1 Customer Accountability.
Customers Will Be Charged For Any Damage Or Valeting Required Due To Their Actions; Legal Action May Be Taken For Non-Payment.
7.2 Electronic Door Handling Responsibility.
Excel Vip Chauffeur Ltd, Kindly Ask That All Chauffeurs Are Responsible For The Opening & Closing Of All Electronic Doors. If A Passenger Handles Or Forces The Doors Open And Causes Any Damage They Are Liable For The Full Repair Costs.
7.3 Damage Or Soiling Responsibility.
Clients Are Responsible For Any Damage Or Soiling During Vehicle Hire And Off The Road Fees Will be Charged For Repairs, Valeting And Vehicle Downtime At £ 750 Per Day October To March & £ 1,000 Per Day April To September.
8.1 Passenger Behaviour.
Chauffeurs May Refuse To Drive If Passengers Display Disruptive, Dangerous Or illegal Behaviour.
8.2 Driver’s Rights.
The Driver May Remove Or Prevent Boarding Of Passengers Believed To Be Harmful Or In Breach Of Regulations.
8.3 Customer-Induced Penalties.
Customers Are Responsible For Penalties Resulting From Their Actions Or Failure To Obtain Necessary Approvals, Including Those Related To Parking Or Building Management Access Such Penalties Will Be Added To The Final Invoice.
9.1 Luggage Limit & Refusal.
Luggage Weight Is Restricted According To Vehicle Type Excess Luggage May Result In Trip Cancellation & Applicable Fee.

If A Customer Exceeds The Standard Luggage Policy A Cancellation Fee May Apply.

However, It Is Solely The Hirers Responsibility To Satisfy Themselves That Enough Time Has Been Allowed To Complete Their Journey To Meet Any Deadlines Or Onward Connections.
The Company Cannot Accept Responsibility For Any Consequences Of Delays Caused By Circumstances Or Events Beyond its Control Such As Flight Changes Or Cancellations, Traffic Congestion & Road Closures, Security Operations, Hazardous Weather.
It is Strongly Recommended That You Should Consider Insuring Against Risk If Journey Times Are Particularly Crucial Missed Flights. Refer To Clause 14 For Additional Details.
11.1 Smoking Prohibition.
Smoking Is Strictly Forbidden In All Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Vehicles Under (UK) United Kingdom Law.
11.2 Alcohol Influence.
The Chauffeur May Refuse Service To Passengers Under The Influence Of Alcohol.
11.3 Alcohol Consumption.
Alcohol Consumption Is Not Permitted In Any Company Vehicles, As It May Invalidate Insurance & Public Liability Cover.
11.4 Violation Penalty.
A Penalty Of £250 (Inclusive Of Tax) Applies For Breaches Of The Non-Smoking Policy And Costs Associated With Valeting.
12.1 Service Duration.
Services Will Be Provided For The Duration Specified In The Booking Additional Services Are Subject To Further Charges.
12.2 Communication.
Provision Of An Email Address Authorises Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited To Contact The Customer No Third-Party Sharing Will Occur.
12.3 Punctuality & Delays.
The Company Is Not Liable For Delays Outside Its Control Customers Must Allow Sufficient Time For Service Completion.
12.4 Notification & Refund.
If A Driver Is Delayed The Company Will Notify The Client Offer Alternatives Or Issue A Refund Within Ten Working Days.
12.5 Compensation.
For Significant Inconvenience A Compensation Voucher Up To A Maximum Of £50 GBP May Be Provided.
12.6 Vehicle / Chauffeur Change.
The Company Reserves The Right To Provide A Different Vehicle Or Chauffeur If Necessary.
12.7 Termination.
Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Can Terminate Service At Any Time For Any Reason.
13.1 Airport Collection.
Sixty Minutes Of Complimentary Waiting Time Is Provided For Airport Collections Only & Thirty Minutes For Private Jets & FBO Transfers & 15 minutes For Train Stations.
13.2 General Waiting.
For Other Journeys Fifteen Minutes Of Complimentary Waiting Is Provided With Exception Of No Waiting For As Directed.
13.3 Waiting Charges.
Charges Are Applied In Fifteen Minute Increments After Free Waiting Period & Are Billed To The Card Provided @ Booking.
13.4 Incremental Charges.
Waiting Charges Are Calculated By Increments Up To Fifteen Minutes Is One Increment Thirty Minutes Is Two Increments.
13.5 Vehicle-Specific Rates.
First Class Exclusive: £ 120 Per Hour.
Executive MPV: £ 95 Per Hour.
Luxury SUV Or Similar: £ 145 Per Hour.
14.1 Uncontrolled Events.
Excel VIP Chauffeur Limited Is Not Liable For Any Failure Or Delay In Performance Caused By Events Beyond Reasonable Control Including But Not Limited To War, Civil Unrest, Natural Disasters, Telecoms Failures, Traffic Delays, Accidents, Breakdowns, Strikes, Security Or Road Closures.
14.2 Vehicle Breakdown or Other Issues.
If A Break Down Or Puncture Occurs Excel VIP Chauffeur, Will Always Attempt To Provide Alternative Solutions But Cannot Accept Any Responsibility Or Guarantee Punctuality.
15.1 Immediate Resolution.
We Trust That You Should Not Have Any Reason To Complain However In The Event Of This Being Necessary.
Any Complaints Should Be Addressed Immediately To The Company in Writing Within 7 Days Of The End Of The Hire.
15.2 Complaint Submission.
Complaints Must Be Submitted In Writing Within Fourteen Days Of Service Termination.
The Company Will Respond Within Twenty-Eight Days.
